Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I was able to locate the information necessary on my own.
I tried to correct it but could not. Got on my laptop to just replace the whole order (over $125) but the item I originally attempted to purchase no longer had the options that I literally put together less than 2 minutes earlier. I am sure this could have been straightened out with a phone call to provide assistance but as there is NO NUMBER, I have to put in a request for an email response within 24 BUSINESS hours. As this is Saturday, I won't get a response until MAYBE Monday.
By then, I will no longer want the items as I am trying to purchase some gifts rather quickly. What a shame & I waste of my time with all the personalization I did on my MULTIPLE items!

Ordered a suncatcher for my daughter to be delivered by Mother's Day. It was 4 days late and was broken upon delivery!
Horrible customer service when trying to contact someone for help.
No number to call and automated emails were the only responses. I wouldn't purchase from here again or suggest anyone else buy from this site.

I ordered a door mat for my son who is a kindergarten teacher. He loved the design and the words; however, when it arrived, it was more like a poster than a door mat. The quality is poor and wouldn't even survive one day as a door mat!

Lost merchandise/ non delivered merchandise
I just explained all this. FIRST OF ALL I AM NOT JOING ANYTHING.
I was FINALLY notified that due to an error with my address making it hard to deliver my package that I had to correct the address.
I did. That set the delivery back two weeks. Then I got a notice saying that it had been delivered, but no package. I contacted the post office.
They put a tracer on it. The delivery person said it was delivered yet no package. I was then told that the package was not insured so there was nothing else to be done but to contact you. I paid almost $40.00 for this item.
It is for a special occasion.
Regardless, I would like some sort of customer satisfaction.

I sent several emails to the company Asking for the item to be changed to the billing not shipping address. Now my sisters birthday gift is in another city.
And no one is getting back to me. Im so irritated.

I tried to get back in to modify an order and it proved IMPOSSIBLE.
I could not sign into an account that was never created. There was NO indication that I needed to create one.
I tried several times. NO GO. I wanted to modify my order.
I realize it was my fault, but it was impossible to sign in. No happy.

Can’t get a hold of a customer service person to correct my order
I need to correct the shipping address and also the saying on the front of an item I ordered. When I viewed my order it was correct but after I added my payment information everything on my order changed. Now I cant edit my order or reach someone to correct my issue!

Failed delivery
I ordered a gift for my sister. I noticed it was being sent to my old address after I changed it to my current address.
I asked before it was shipped to be sent to my new address and they still sent it to my old address. Now my sister has no gift and Im out of my money.
