False advertising, Non existent customer service
- - Bought a license to transfer G Suite emails/files; it didn't work at first.
- - The report showed *** and no transfers; refund requested with no reply.
Purchased a license to their software to transfer G suite emails/files to a personal email. It didn't work at first on free version so purchased the license.
Should have been my first clue. Then it proceeds to "run report" and the report is a bunch of *** and in the end there is no transfer of the accounts. I emailed them asking for a refund based on their policy and followed all directions. And after 4 days of emails and no response, I ask to help me with their software if they're not willing to refund.
Still no response. Their products are b.s. and I want everyone to know it.
DO NOT buy anything from them. They are also known as CubexSoft.
