Not receiving magazines
Despite reassurances that I will receive magazine I subscribed to in July, I have received none. Even after confirming my mailing address.

No news. Impossible to contact macleans by phone.
No number available. Ive written to them 3 times.
The print is too small in the magazine for my mother. I wanted to ask for large print. But the subscription hasnt even been delivered yet to her.
She was supposed to have her first one Dec 17 - still hasnt been received. Ive asked for a reimbursement. No news. Not happy.
And they want us to buy Canadian. Then respond to your clients LIKE A CANADIAN!!!

Trying to cancel my subscriptions
I have not been able to speak to anyone about cancelling my three subscriptions. I have phoned macleans and no-one has answered the phone.
Charge I don’t recognize
My husband is now deceased and no longer get your magazine. I noticed theres another charge on my Visa and Id like it reversed.

The $41.99 is a charge for a single Macleans subscription for 2024 under account no.11213****. Annually, I subscribe to three subscriptions namely my own and two gift subscriptions.
The charge of $41.99 is the charge for my subscription and the gift subscriptions amount to $41.98 for the year 2024. The most recent email from Macleans ignores the Nov. 8 premature payment of $41.99 and requests a payment of $41.99 plus the gift component of $41.98 for subscriptions for 2024. The solution to this dilemma is to apply the premature payment to the 2024 subscriptions.
How do I do this?. Macleans needs to internally apply the $41.99 already paid to my 2024 application and bill me for the gift component of $41.98. It is unfortunate that the premature and unauthorized payment of $41.99 was made which simply complicates a simple annual resubscription.
Please help me resolve this unfortunate and unnecessary issue as the solution is obvious. Thanks!

Macleans will not respond to my request to cancel a 2024 duplicate Macleans subscription valued at $41.99
- - Auto-renew not authorized for 2024 Macleans.
- - I renewed for 2024 and added two gift subs via promo.
- - Five cancellation emails have no reply.
Macleans were not authorized to "auto renew" a 2024 Macleans subscription. Subsequently I renewed my 2024 subscription plus two gift subscription via an online promotion.
At the moment I have two 2024 Macleans subscriptions. I have made five requests via email to cancel the "auto renew" subscription but Macleans will not respond to this reasonable request.
I will continue to make this request and maybe Macleans will respond to a reasonable request at some point. Eventually I will be classified as a "pain in the *** Help, Help, HELP!!
