Terrorism, theft, scamming, and other abuse from Crystal & Jacob Watersmanagers
- - Alleges managers enforce inconsistent rules across four businesses.

Managers give a completely different set of rules and expectations that what they really follow. They have at least 4 different business run from Macho Storage property.
Crystal & Jacob advertised all 4 of their businesses to me then completely scammed me out of the service and contractual agreement costing me to lose over $10,000 in property, mental anguish, and used thug violence to demoralize me and block me from moving my belongings out after they finished draining my pockets and stealing $1,000.00 in shelves and assisting thieves stealing my van while telling me I don't deserve my van nor my belongings because I am a single woman without a man. These people are very misogynistic, dishonest, thieving, and dangerous to life.
Also they cut cost by never repairing their extremely old doors, never spraying pesticide for their huge insect infestations, have not chain of command for resolving customer complaints, no accountability, few laws that govern them, and gave their 5 and 10 years old real hunting rifles while instructing there kids to acts as real militia marching the facility perimeter firing their rifles every minute for 45 minutes on Christmas Day during contract business hours to block me from moving my belongings. These people have most any negative review erased while they bribe other tenants with rent discounts to raving raving reviews that they spoon feed the contents too. It's completely dangerous to not have the full picture of this egregious terroristic storage facility.
The public should know who they are dealing with before they move their valuables into a terrorist facility. Do
