Machine zone ignores support tickets and closes them with no response to the consumer. Steals your money
They constantly close tickets with no response and threaten to ban over minute things. You buy an in-game pack, and the stuff you get is obsolete by the next week.
Their customer service is all AI-powered, and all you get are copy-and-pasted responses, with no issues actually being fixed.
They have truly made the game pay-to-win. You have to spend thousands of dollars a month just to keep up.

I'm trying to change my email back to the original address travisnelson02@***.com it's currently blackwido05gow@***.com and I can't get into it the confirm I'm trying to change it I tried calling your number and it doesn't work I need to be able to communicate with you if I have issues with my account but there's now way to now

I put in a request for assistance with missing items from a recent in game purchase it was ignored. I reported cheating with proof and it was ignored. I am reaching out one last time before i contest the purchase with my card holder about the missing items, as for the cheating if not addressed properly i will take that to arbitration as per the user agreement.

This is the fourth time I have complained about not getting the regen item included in the Pelna hero pack. I have been offered this several times in different heroes and it should be included!
I have also been ignored because I want to know when stronger monster gear with stronger gems is coming out! I have spent a lot of money on this game and Im not buying *** else until you people stop disrespecting me and answer my damn questions!!

Wrong pack
Just let me speak to someone in Google play please, I bought a pack on sale for 79.99 I got a 99.99 pack with hardly any of what I needed. Keep the 20.00just switch packs or give me the vi.p and dragon crystals.
