Delivery Auto-Scheduled When PPG Goes Up

Two days ago I finally switched to a new vendor for my oil and service contract because MacFarlane is a rip-off! They're rates may occasionally be advertised as below $3 per gallon, but you'll never see that rate. If my experience is any indication you'll get auto filled the day that the rate shoots up or the day before they go back down for the warmer months. It's insane! It should only make sense that I'd get a full tank delivered at more than a .60 cents premium to my new vendor the day that they most likely received my cancellation notice. I am beyond upset! This delivery cost me $100 more than it should have and this doesn't even account for their service contract that is $75 more per year than their competing companies, but doesn't include tank protection. They charge you and extra $50 per year for that. This is getting long, but I have more than just these two issues. Beware.
