I have not be able to talk with anyone

I initiated my complaint because the stun gun I received does not show (to the best of my knowledge) when the gun is charged. Customer service at Mace does not answer their phone or return my call when I leave a message.

The chat option does not respond either. I have completed the review questions the best I can without using the product to know how it works.

I have not been contacted by Mace about lack of customer support concerning charging of their product.

I recently purchased a product from Mace Brand I can not tell when the device is fully charged and there is no call back when I have twice left a message with Customer Support and the Chat line does not answer.
