Resolved: Complaint
- - Waited an hour for food and it arrived cold.
- - Three orders were cooked well done instead of medium well; only the appetizer and drinks were right.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
My issue is in limbo . No one is offering a resolution.
So as I previously stated I will not be returning to Macado’s. There were four of us in my party and all of us were very upset about our experience
I emailed them and have not heard back from them. I would appreciate it if I could get a phone number to call.
I have never had a problem with macados before and I eat there quite often. But not anymore I don’t think I will be going back to macados
After waiting an hour for our food . The food was delivered cold.
And 3 orders were delivered well done when the order was for medium well. The only thing that came out right was the appetizer and the drinks

- - Ordered 20 wings, only 10 were delivered.
- - Called the restaurant; they disputed that all wings were in the same container.
Literally only received half of my food order. Ordered 20 wings and only received 10. Called the restaurant and she disputed that all the wings were put in the same container, mind you the container barely fit 10 wings, let alone 20.
