Completely unacceptable customer service! Went from no response to getting a response because I went through pissed consumer to getting promised something I never received and then ghosted again.
I own the Mac Sports 2-1 beach chair.
The net that creates the basket deteriorated and broke. I went on line to purchase a new one, and there was no option available to purchase a replacement. So I emailed customer service, completely willing to pay for a replacement. No answer to that email for over a month.
I also tried calling customer service several times a week. Always go their hours of operation message. I would be calling during their normal yet limited call hours and couldnt get any agent. I once spent 2 hours listening to the hold music only to be connected to dead air with no representative.
I also tried their call back option, same result. The call would happen, i would answer and then dead air. So I found this site pissed consumer and thought I would try. It was the exact same email address I had been using several times to get ahold of their customer service department.
And shock and surprise, I got a response in about 24 hours. At this point I was hopeful. Getting a response, them offering to send me a replacement, just send your address. So I did.
There was actually several emails that went back and forth with 2 different agents. They were quick to respond, typically in about an hour, setting up my replacement. I then asked for a tracking number and they said they would send it as soon as its available. Well that was over 2 weeks ago!!!
I have no replacement, Ive responded to the emails asking for the tracking number several times and Ive been ghosted. Completely unacceptable customer service!

I have called and after hours of waiting spoke with someone regarding missing part.
I got a response back on November 14 by email giving me a reference number to email if I dont get a tracking number but nothing is moving and I am emailing several time but not getting any response.

Lack of customer service
Absolutely ZERO customer service. I purchased a 2in1 beach lounger.
It was missing the axle/rod for the wheels. I have contacted them in every option available and they dont respond.
I spent $100 on an item I cant use or return. They do not stand behind their products!!!

Help with assembly. The customer service person walked me through the assembly issue to my satisfaction. Great job

No response
I have called their phone number everyday to find out to return a macsport wagon.
Their website says it weighs 15 lbs but actually weighs 25 or more pounds.
All I want to do is return for a 15lb wagon.
I call
I leave my phone number to hold a place in their queue.
Emailed, emailed and emailed.
It is now over the 90 day return period and I want to return this wagon.
I have never purchased anything with such horrible treatment.
This is not right!!!
