Bait and switch rip off

I sent them a 100% perfect condition iPad 10, but not so much as a smudge. But when they sent my offer in the email, it went down significantly because they claimed it had significant scratches.
They even followed it up with pictures.
I can honestly say that was not my iPad, and I have pictures of my own when I boxed it up. They are completely fraudulent and lying.

Terrible experience
- - Company gave a high initial offer for my MacBook, then lowered it, claiming scratches that didn't exist, and delayed return.
The company gave me a 'real' offer for my MacBook pro, they had all the information on it and true condition. Once they received it they changed the offer from $650.
to $435 saying it had deep scratches. It DID NOT. When I didn't accept they went up to $495. I said I wanted my computer back and they had me email a prepaid UPS label.It went unused and my many follow up emails went unanswered for about 2 weeks.
I told them I was about to report them to state agencies (we are both in the state of Florida) and to social media. They finally said they got the UPS label. Still nothing happened until I said now it has moved to theft. They finally sent my computer back with a lame excuse for delays.
The computer had NO damages as I had stated.
I wish I had read reviews as this is their normal...tell you a solid offer, say it is changed and some have reported paying a "ransom" to get their products back. BEWARE
