Something has to change
- - Two recalls occurred for the clutch assembly.
- - Clutch failed at 31k miles; I paid for replacement.
- - Interior and exterior filthy; windshield cracked.
The owner reached out via Google reviews showing interest and asking for the details. Two days later I received a call from the director of service.
We can only do so much with repairs he stated. Even suggested I take it elsewhere. He did agree to be my point of contact but I haven't been able to reach him since.
Multiple calls and messages I left that day without a response. I plan to call every day.
I had a 13 year relationship with Omar Cabrera watching him grow to GM. It's not just Mac Haik.
It's the standard. I'll never purchase from a dealership again.
2020 Gladiator Rubicon specifically ordered manual shift transmission. 2 recalls have gone out over the clutch assembly.
Mine was destroyed at 31k miles. I replaced out of pocket.
Yesterday I picked it up from the dealership after 9 weeks over miss fire on entire driver side bank. Said it was fixed. Nope.
As soon as they pulled it around I realized nothing had changed. I immediately told my contact which was a service manager he responded (good luck with that) and my windshield was cracked in half.
Top to bottom. Interior and exterior was filthy and I found a new chip in the paint.
