Not refund my money back for two months

Worst costumer service ever ! Very unhappy with the service They are saying it is been delivered but I dont have the dress . I send them several emails and still I dont have the money back. I dont have the time to keep emailing and asking whats happening. They dont care about customers at all. Now I know not to buy anything from this company

Broken zipper on new dress/ incorrect size sent

The first problem occurred when I received the incorrect size. The second dress was ordered and when it arrived the zipper was broken. I was offered a 25% discount which I still have not received. For my inconvenience at this point I should receive a full refund.

Broken zipper on new dress/ incorrect size sent

Since the zipper was broken and the dress was out of stock I was offer a 25% discount. I still have not received the refund. This entire disaster started when the company originally sent me the incorrect size. Live the look of their product not happy with follow up. For my dissatisfaction I feel I should be issued a full refund of my purchase.

I've bought 3 dresses sent one back wrong size waiting from the 1st through now for my money to be put back into my account 3 weeks still nothing and called a lot of numbers no answer there message I
