I was able to get the item I wanted.

I was frustrated because it was after hours, and I was afraid I was going to lose the item and my money. Thank you!

I have been making several attempts over the last four weeks to contact that bid through phone voicemails with no response. I currently have a $9.99 membership fee that I would like to cancel.

When I try on the app, it allows me to upgrade; it gives me no choices to cancel. I am very unhappy with their customer service because I had an issue that I immediately wanted to get resolved, and now so much time has passed that I know it's unresolvable. I'm hoping that this email goes through and I get a response. What my call was regarding is this photo that I am including.

All I can say is I had an issue with the app within a 24-hour period. It was updating. It wasn't working correctly, and I did not even know that I had won this item as I was bidding on many things. When I did finally see that I had won, I realized I had missed the pickup date by two days.

This is what I was trying to contact to rectify. If you can pull up my account, you'll see that I have the membership that will hold an item if I can't pick up, which I have used many times. I would never purposely not pick up an item for it to be abandoned. I do wholeheartedly understand your policy, and it makes complete sense, but this was an issue that I may have been compensated for.

I just want to, at this point, stop my $9.99 membership that I pay monthly for and haven't used. And at this point, I will randomly, if ever, shop Mac Bid anymore.

They said I abandoned products

I won flooring faucets and a ton of stuff probably about 800$ worth stuff. I just started two months ago maybe and spent 1000s.

I bid on stuff and went on vacation came back none of my stuff was there. They said it was abandoned! I said who would spent that money and abandon it? Customer service in store Monroeville and phone more or less to bad.

I am getting things not there yet and I am cancelling my membership. This is the worst customer service ever! I get minimum wage work hard and cause I took vacation stuff gone no product no return! I will be on social media spreading the word.

I have been crying all evening cant sleep that was so much work for me to do to get stuff. Can not imagine how many people have lost from this also. I am so disappointed the customer service store and phone dont even want to try and help you. Over 800$ now days is a lot money to get nothing.

Managers in store and phone do not try to help. I am calling corporate today. I want refund or products . All

My products are picked up asap except this for I was on vacation.

Going to bank to try get them get my money back since no product given. I can not afford this at all.

Minimum wage ($7.35) times 320 (8 weeks at 40/wk) comes to $2352 gross. How did you spend “thousands” in two months AND go on vacation?

Their site CLEARLY states the time limit to pick up and it describes the products being classified as abandoned. In fact, if you google “Mac discount time limitation”, after the first result link to their site, the “People also ask” questions #1 and #3 are “how many days do I have to pick up a Mac BID?” and “what happens to my MacBID if I don’t pick it up?”.

Nothing was hidden from you.

The fact that you were on vacation means NOTHING. (other than the fact that you’re not too smart to engage the site while knowing you were away)

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Just explained to them that the last chance deal link was had malfunctioned

Good morning,

Tuesday evening, (01/28/25), I purchased two items on Last Chance Deals. After purchasing, when I received the notification of purchase, I noticed it said pick up was in Arizona and Nevada! I have my Last Chance Deals set for Uniontown, PA only so I am not sure how that happened! I am assuming it was a glitch since all of the Last Chance Deals disappeared for about 10 minutes. I obviously cannot pick up those items, therefore, I would like to be refunded! The items are as follows:

#1482**** TekTalk Puzzle Table $3.24
#1482**** Glitzhome Metal Gnome $3.25

I am the pissed off customer it was wrong I believe . Time was running out I had to be relieved .

Asked wheres the restroom, she said none for the public.
I was passing a worker and asked where can I *** as he run by the other direction he said stay away from the cameras . I am the pissed off customer who can not hold his water . Finally reached the outside corner and theres no privacy. I am the pissed off customer with no choice in sight its too short to tie a not in it .

I see a brightly lit inside corner with a camera . Oh no what do I do . I am the pissed off customer who still has dry pants in the breeze. No time to return .

I think if I get close enough in the corner next to drain pipe down shoot. At least someone would have to guess what the pissed off customer was doing . Oh no they guessed. Crap!

Someone shouted are you peeing . The half relieved pissed off customer shouted yes . That dumb *** customer should have not told the truth . He should have told some believable lie .

He should have said my wife put me in time out .
