A complete FAILURE of/to their commitment to their customers.

Poor customer service. Poor communication. A complete FAILURE of/to their commitment to their customers. Three different people told me three different things about the service. They refused to service my generator after the part was ordered and they received it. Waited a week with no call to schedule appointment. After calling and asking what the status was on the appointment scheduling, was told they were trying to schedule to combine service in the area. Waited for call and never got one. When I called again, I was told they were waiting for parts for another customer in the area and it would be a few more days. The owner called said his company would not service me due to distance and left me high and dry without a working generator. Terrible customer service. I would NOT recommend using this company for ANY types of service. So if they were going to service another customer in the area, why is it to far to service me? Again, I would NOT recommend this company for ANY type of service or work.
