BAD SERVICE
WOW. After reading these reviews I'm feeling lucky.
Company sucks. do not do business with them. Your going to be disappointed. Ordered my long block April; 5th, and was told 3 months.
Well at 3 months I started calling. Was told 2 weeks, then another 2 weeks, then a few more days. Well called again on Aug. 25th.
was told we think its done but cant find it. Was called back yesterday and Austin informed me that my motor cannot be found. They don't have another core motor, and it will be another 3 to 4 months after they find one. After explaining to Austin that their next communication for me would be from my attorney, I got a full refund credited by close of business day.
I can only imagine what position I'd be in should I have used cash or check. There is no option for zero or negative stars.
So please disregard the single star I have to use to post this.
COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT LIARS, CHEATS AND THIEVES. I feel lucky I got a refund instead of junk product
