I have taken my hard earned money and invested in this company so that in the event I get hurt or sick I had a source of income.unfortunately due to a severe accident I have recently gone out on workers compensation .I applied the necessary forms in a timely manner to receive the help this company promised me incase of this type of situation and it has now been 12 days pass the time I was supposed to receive my funds,. I have spoken to the supervisor Patricia several times now she will not get on the phone to talk to me or return my calls .I have heard for several days that they are still evaluating the claim .why I am being held accountable for their employees not doing their job in the timely manner like they are supposed to.I currently have no income and I have expressed this and they are not doing anything about it !!

Enough is enough I paid my money for this service and I am going to continue to complain. And if I have to take legal action until this company does right by me.I will do that as well .just to make everyone aware the name of this company is M3 Technology .This is who you put your claim in with and unfortunately you have to keep calling for payment and Trans America is the name the customer service representative that gets you to sign up gives you and who m3 technology is blaming for the late payment,
