Jeans are small
Size is completely off, its is so hard to send stuff back. The fit isnt even close.
And I tried to contact the phone number, and its very hard to even find.
Then I found it, busy signal. Any suggestions?

This may be my fault. I ordered the shirt on my phone instead of on my computer, which I usually do.
But I want it revised from what it is now do a button down collar with my monogram on the left cuff.
Otherwise, the shirt appears to be OK like I say, it may be my fault because of the way I ordered the shirt but I cant wear it the way it is so I would like it to have it revised. I have about 18 shirts from MTaylor and I love them all since all this occurred I have ordered a Nother shirt from MTaylor, which is yet to arrive, but Im sure it will be of the usual high-quality

Another option for customers orders
Need to order wider legs at bottom, not a big fan of skinny leg trousers. Is it possible to order that way.

I need service and its impossible. Emailed a few reps I dont have time to deal with clothing.
Thats why I order. Its taking too much of my time to get customer service I rather go to untuck it instead.
There are people there to help. MTailor is a black hole when it comes to customer service.

I have been extremely frustrated trying to contact customer service. Dozens of attempts to get thru on the 888 number was unsuccessful. Number always shows as busy. No option to leave a voicemail.
Impossible to talk with customer service. I believe that the 888 number Mtaylor published is actually not connected to anyone in the company

Customize a fit
I wasnt a pissed customer until multiple attempts to contact. Customer service didnt go through.
I was calling to find out if M Taylor offered customized on top shirts.
Im a new customer who was video fit it but the capture came out as a tucked in shirt. Please let me know if you offer customized untucked shirts.
Ask about pants styled
Do you have pleated pants next line? Do you have pants with extenders of the 3 inches in the waist line? How much are your pants?

You need to know
quality of fabric is very poor,construction also poor . Arm holes cut to high,sleeves way to narrow.
when shirt is on there is 0% drape to this shirt. the shrt screams cheap.cheep shirt.
