Ordered covers to match seat frames

I ordered seat frames and seat covers to match the new frames. They sent the covers and I found out two weeks after the covers arrived that the seat frames are out of stock and no estimated date to get frames in. I asked about the frames before the seat covers arrived and they said that they would give the distributor more time due to the holidays. I asked for a refund on the covers and was denied...said they were custom covers and could not take them back. Now I have covers that do me NO GOOD without the frames. Would not have ordered the covers if they were honest and stated they the seat frames were back ordered. Seat frames are still for sale on the website....I just checked. If they are not available......they should be removed as not to affect other customers. Poor customer service and a scam to sell seat covers for frames they do not have. BUYER BEWARE
