I purchased a car from M and M motors only to be disgusted with the customer service! When they wanted to Repo my car they snatched it in the middle of the night. They could have called me and asked me to bring it in. I was calling them letting them know my situation and they went behind me and took the car, now charging me for them coming in my yard and taking it. It was horrible. I needed my things out of the car and it just saddens me that they would handle there business so poorly! Thanks!

Automotive services financing doesn't support the troops!

My husband and I bought a car from M&M motors in hinesville GA(rip off) and ended up being financed through Automotive Services Financing, after everything owing about twice the sticker price, fine. My husband who is active duty was put on assignment in South Korea for 2 years. We tried to get them to allow us to ship the car but they wouldn't, yet want us to continue to pay for the car. Now, they are refusing to honor the soldier and sailors act and are threatening to garnish his wages. We are stuck. Any advice? This is just unfair

They sold the car without fixing anything .

Lemon Law does not apply to used cars, good luck with that.

You have the right company, Automotive Services Finance (North Carolina) and yes to "You have the wrong company" Automotive Finance Corp is a lending company to Automotive companies. Unfortunately the Soldier & Sailors Act only applies if at the time of your initial loan you were not active duty and then become active duty.

My advice would be for you to look at your contract and look at the fine print and make sure your contract allows for the reassignment of your loan.

You might want to speak with JAG and see if there is a way to work this out before garnishment sets in. Good Luck

You are naming the wrong company. Automotive Finance Corporation does not lend to retail customers.

They only lend to car dealers so they can purchase inventory. You have the wrong company.
