Order was canceled

Hi, I placed an online order through the M&M Food Market app/website and it happened that my order got canceled. I tried to call the store and they asked me to call DoorDash. DoorDash on the other hand said that they will take full responsibility, however, since the order has been placed directly through Subway, you have the authority to process the refund back to my card. That's why I'm here asking for assistance since I am not able to call your support line. References I got from DoorDash: 171****Case: 44157**** Drive Order ID:156915****

User's recommendation: Save yourself the hassle and shop in person. My order was cancelled on me by Door Dash. It is now day 8 since the M&M customer service rep told me I would receive a full credit back to my MC but alas still waiting!!
