BUYERS BEWARE THIS IS A BAD AUTO SALESM& J AUTO SALES NOT GOOD

I bought a 2015 Subaru Forrester from this company. I paid $3600 for it cash.
He had me signed paperwork and he said smog right here past good go just go take it to DMV. Youre good. He didnt have license plates on it he had taken the license plate that was on it when I test drove it and put it away and I said no Im not driving home without license plate so he gave me back the dealership plate that was on it. I still have it today and we parted ways when I got home a couple days went by.
I had to go to work and my first free moment I took my paperwork out and the smog had expired. I then got a hold of him and let him know that this is *** the small expired two months before he sold me the car he said well go get the smog and Ill pay you back when you come. Bring me my plate dealership plates OK I had to be able to get the money together for the smog so it took me a minute cause I just paid all my money to the car and so I had to wait for me to pay my rent and my bills and so 30 days went by and I start having issues with the car. I took it in and I was told it probably needed a new or thermostat.
So I paid for a new thermostat. I still having problems with the car its overheating so it sits because I need the money to be able to figure out what Im gonna do and Im not able to go to work cause its overheating and again, I am told that he probably needs a new sensor so I pay for the sensor. No, its still overheating. Meanwhile this takes about a couple weeks because Im having to earn money so I can pay for these repairs I end up paying for a water pump and put it in and its still overheating.
I am now told that it is a blown head gasket. I cannot afford this. I get a hold of him. I told him I tried to take care of the problem myself I havent had the car but 60 days and three of the weeks.
It was parked because I had to get money so I could try to repair it. I need you to do something. He tells me well I can have my mechanic get a hold of you and come look at it. I tell him I cant be out of work.
I need you to replace a vehicle with one of vehicle value or I need my money back. I havent heard from him my odometer reading when they sold me the car was incorrect or falsified the car had never been taken out of the last persons name and I cant take it down to get a small because I cant get it to stop overheating so I cant drive it. Im now going on not working. Probably losing my job because I cant afford another $3600 for something that is no good now its gonna cost me several grand to fix Im devastated.
