I still haven’t received my package, and m£co haven’t got back to me
Send parcel on time and keep in contact with the customer. Also answer emails when customers send them. Hope this helps with me getting my package

- - YODEL says the parcel was delivered, but none is seen (Order MC093-7366-****).
- - A photo shows a red van with back doors open; no parcel is visible.
I am awaiting confirmation of a return posted to them with their label on September 11th. I have contacted customer services but haven't heard anything
I had a photograph sent to my daughter who is 200 miles away of a red van in a parking space opposite the house with the back doors open and a person in shorts with their back to the camera, doing something in the back of the van, no sign of a parcel just a still photograph as \I have already said.
Not proof as far as I am concerned of anything being delivered and no sign of a parcel anywhere. Please find my parcel or refund my money forthwith.
