Problem with servce

I just rented a charging station about 10 minutes ago and noticed that on the immediate Apple Pay confirmation, you all charged me 1990. I was only planning to use the charging station for about 10 to 15 minutes and just want to know why this is.

I also want to know if there is a problem with maybe how I did it or what the problem is.

I was instructed by the altitude place, where I bring my kids to off Kroger Drive in Fort Worth, Texas, on how to operate the light charging station. If somebody could please give me a call back or something, because I need to have a refund.

I took 2 tickets, that's why Uber company doesn't allow me to have Lyft driver service, it's possible to help with me. reason was that that I drive fast but I was hurrying

Slow response and questions not answered clearly

I cant get questions resolved through email. Slow to respond with mail .

Unable to speak to customer rep .

Bought $3000.00 worth of tickets and it is two weeks before concert and have not received them yet . I will not do business with this company again .
