Their was no resolution never gotten a response, if you don't cancel the in 30 seconds they charge a $1.00. I cancel a ride today it haven't even showed a car available yet they still charged me $1.00 for cancellation.
How are going to charge an $1.00, for cancellation because i didn't cancel in 30 seconds, but it was going to take 15 minutes for you connect to a driver.

I just rented a charging station about 10 minutes ago and noticed that on the immediate Apple Pay confirmation, you all charged me 1990. I was only planning to use the charging station for about 10 to 15 minutes and just want to know why this is.
I also want to know if there is a problem with maybe how I did it or what the problem is.
I was instructed by the altitude place, where I bring my kids to off Kroger Drive in Fort Worth, Texas, on how to operate the light charging station. If somebody could please give me a call back or something, because I need to have a refund.
