Easily cancelled my online order and replaced it with an additional item and no shipping fee . Customer service representative was very cordial and expedited the transaction promptly with ease. I have been a customer with Lysee for many years and always find great pieces for my wardrobe.they should be available in more retail stores as I can only find a few to purchase from.

A one day sale was advertised the same day. I read the text the next day after I had ordered.

They would not give me the $15 credit towards this order. The announcement should have come out the day before and at least honored the discount.

My order has not arrived. Lost tracking number

Have not received. Tried tracking it but to no avail. Said would arrive on 10/16. Trying to find out where my order is.
