$169.00 charge - no service
- - Filed with VA for service-connected disability; requested military 201 file Jan 2, 2013.
- - Feb 11, 2013: no contact; phone (703)560-**** not in service.
Trying to file the necessary paperwork and application with VA for service connected disability. I submitted a request for a complete copy of my military 201 file including all associated medical records, on January 2.
2013. I paid $169.00 on line using an American Express card. It is now the 11th of February, 2013. I haven't heard from or received anything from Lyon Res.
to date. I tried to call the customer service # (703)560-****. I got a phone company recording that said the number is no longer in service.
This company is obviously a total scam. Military Veterans dserve better service than this.

Took the money, delivered nothing
- - Money was moved from my bank account for Lyon Research, and nothing returned after 3 weeks.
- - Phone numbers are dead ends and emails receive no replies.
Lyon research is a scam. The money was moved from my bank account, and 3 weeks later, nothing.
Both phone numbers are dead ends, no reply to emails, just nothing there. Stay Away!
I hope that other former military members will read this and avoid this useless and frustrating scam site, and I will be posting on a few military forums to hopefully get the word out, so this guy, Von Brunn, will stop profiting from stealing from those who have served. Don't bother even looking into this site, Lyon Research only exists as far as I can tell as a bank account somewhere, probably offshore.

Took my money on line and never heard from them.
- - Lyon Research took payment but gave no response.
- - Calls go to a recording; emails were unanswered.
Never use Lyon Research for anything. Lyon claims they expedite government paperwork like passports etc. I needed a copy of my military discharge papers and I signed up on the web with them and paid them. I never heard a single thing from them.
I called their number but no one answers except a recording sending you to the web site. You cannot even leave a message.
I sent 4 email messages asking if they had gotten my information and they simply never responded. Scam company stay away. Found another company who does same business and did it well. Never use them for anything they just take your money and do nothing.

NEVER EVER use Lyon research.. Multiple people have been taken advantage of.
They will take your money and you will never recieve your military records.
I dont know how these people get away with scamming others. Something needs to be done about this.
