The manger of three El Dorado County Lyon offices, Monica Benedetti

I engaged a Lyon agent, Breezy Payne to find me a home to buy. In the middle of the purchase office, manager Monica Benedetti confronting challenged me without any warning at a 9:00 meeting. Angry words were spoken, her manger made me feel stupid and unsophisticated. I never learned why she called the meeting or what happened to the nice agent, Ms. Payne. Through the protracted purchase Benedetti acted like a tyrant forcing papers and her opinions on me the client.In conclusion, I was locked out of all three offices she managed in Placerville and Cameron Park in El Dorado county, California. I finally took possession of the home much later than my proposed move-in date, costing me thousands of dollars by her misrepresentations. Near the end, she threatened me with involvement with law enforcement. Whoever was responsible for her hire must have or had an agenda. I am a 77-year-old businessman and run a business that investigates malfeasance. Further, I have been a real estate investor since 1969.
