- - Hired Breezy Payne to find a home; Monica Benedetti confronted me at a 9:00 meeting with no warning, and I was later locked out of her offices.
The lady in question blocked me with her office and personal emails. I have called her repeatedly.
However, she never picks up her posted business answering machine. I have resorted to sending her letters. The California Dept. of Real Estate said there is nothing they can do.
Because of her reference, " My gift cards were to save her taxes", I wrote to the IRS asking for an investigation. In other words I remain cheated out of $1,000.
Angry words were spoken, her manger made me feel stupid and unsophisticated. I never learned why she called the meeting or what happened to the nice agent, Ms. Payne. Through the protracted purchase Benedetti acted like a tyrant forcing papers and her opinions on me the client.In conclusion, I was locked out of all three offices she managed in Placerville and Cameron Park in El Dorado county, California.
I finally took possession of the home much later than my proposed move-in date, costing me thousands of dollars by her misrepresentations. Near the end, she threatened me with involvement with law enforcement.
Whoever was responsible for her hire must have or had an agenda.
I am a 77-year-old businessman and run a business that investigates malfeasance. Further, I have been a real estate investor since 1969.
