Problems with grill

Serial no n2ul80509-****. Not lighting,front panel not lining up.my wife will not go near it .had five service calls still does not work.new panel installed no luck.its cheaper to buy new grill.these is my second lynx the first had no problems for 16 years

Worst service ever. have been trying to vget my repacement burners for over a month

LYNX lifetime replacement burners. Nobody calls back when I leave a message after dying on hold. This organization is a nightmare. Customer service is a joke! Parts department is a dead end.

User's recommendation: Dont buy any of the products they represent.

Questions to ask representative

Hi the grill lid has never closed without a large gap. I called and Spoke to your representative months ago and was told it was not serious enough to come out with the COVID virus. I am now reaching out again to set a appointment for service.

Lynx is purely a waste of money

I got the griddle and it was broke and brand new. It takes an hour to get hot and if you cook anything with grease in it you get an extra hour of cleanup since the grease goes under the grease trays. Lynx is over priced junk, They have a great video which you should be able to sue them over for false advertisement. Stay away from them and buy anywhere else. Their service dept. is a joke they don't know what you are talking about when you call them. Made in china would be better than this junk.

User's recommendation: run as fast as you can away from LYNX.

Legacy parts for LOH48

Failed part - L200F - Turns out, even though it looks like Lynx, they didnt build it, they cant tell me who did, they have no wiring diagrams to make available to consumers, and have no parts!!! Very pissed off when you spend three grand for a range hood, there should be some help afforded!!!

Awful Customer Service -- Want you to keep paperwork they don't keep in their system

Do not buy their products! Their things keep breaking and they keep wanting me to "prove" I bought the grill -- something I did 5 years ago and 2 years ago. Now, once again, they have no records of the purchase (or warranty from their own shipments two years ago), yet want me to have 8+ year old records. What a joke! They simply are overpriced for poor merchandise matched by abhorrent customer service.
