Lynch Chevrolet Of Kenosha - Selling junk verticals without doing safety inspections and fixing the problems.

I think to have this many problems with a truck I just bought regardless of the miles the dealer should fix everything or buy it back. Also the staff there from Jerome in Sales to the General Manager of sales and Dave Imel Marketing and Mark Greene Manager of the store. They All lye. And pull crap on people like this. The service contracts they sell you can wipe your A55 with it. It don't cover nothing like they said with a $100. deductable and for me to drive 2 Hours to have service done that was suppose to be fixed before I picked it up is bull crap. They need to tow the truck and it has been sitting for 2 weeks at L&S Truck in Appleton and they wont tow it to there Shop in Mukwonago WI. Because they wont fix the truck anyway.

I bought a 2011 Ford F350 Dually From Lynch Jeep ,Chrysler and Dodge.

this dealer didn't do a safety inspection on the truck as they said they did.

I have had the truck for 1/2 day and the passenger taillight was burnt out. The next weekend our family went to our cottage and tried using the 4 wheel drive and that was broken. I called the dealers Manager Mark green and he told me I was suppose to drive on the hwy. And we didn't . we also noticed the sprays for the windshield wern't working (both of them were broken off.

I called and they told me the warranty would take care of the problems for my deductible of $100.00. But the warranty company AlPHA said that nothing was covered. they lied. So in the mean time i have been trying to get them to pay to fix the problems I went down to Arkansas to pick up a 1973 mustang and the rear end was making noise on the Hi way also. I came back and I still didn't get Lynch the dealer to fix the problems. and a week went by and the antifreeze started leaking. so In checked the antifreeze and the Radiator cap was off so I filled and tightened the cap and i drove 4 miles and the radiator was empty. The reason the radiator cap was off was so there wasn't any pressure on the system and they knew it. I called as soon as i noticed it. And the dealer Lynch said the same thing you have an extended warranty. So here I have no truck to drive for a whole Month of February 2019. And the truck is sitting at a L&S Truck Appleton a dealer of my choose not theirs. I would never recomend buying a car , truck or a garbage can from Lynch Chevrolet of Mukwonago

Absolutely the worst sales staff I've ever had the displeasure of talking to. Spoke with John, over the phone, and was assured that a vehicle I was interested in purchasing was still available, the night before making the trip to see it.

Confirmed we were talking about the same vehicle via their stock number. The next day, he again confirmed I was coming to take a look at the vehicle. When I showed up, I was told that the vehicle had been sold the night before!!!

I wasted a vacation day and a 3 hour round trip.Absolute Sleazebags!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!­!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm being extremely conservative with my wording here!!!
