I hav issues with my Lyca remit and I tried calling the customer care but till now I hav no response from them
- - Cannot log in to Lyca Remit app for 6 months.
- - Support said it was hacked and would be resolved, but no updates in 5 months.
It’s almost 8 months and I can’t sent money with Lyca remit. When I called Lyca remit helpline they told me there system got hacked and we will resolve this issue soon after few moths i called and again told same and said we will inform you as soon we fix this issue more 4 months passed.
I saw add on YouTube about Lyca remit and I try with my app but it couldn’t fix and again I called and they told me it’s not fixed we are still working on it . I am very disappointed wit Lyca remit services
Past 6 months my Lyca remit app we are unable to login .. we called the customer care they said our app is hacked and they would resolve the issue as soon as possible but it has been 5 months they hav not called us back nor there is any response from them
Preferred solution: I need to send money to India
