Lycamobile has terrible customer service. If you try and call they will either not answer the call or simply hang up on you after you've waited 1 hour + on hold. I don't get sms's when my phone is off, even once turned back on. All my other providers this does not happen. Random drop outs despite being a reseller of the best network in Australia. lycamobile doesn't support short code texting, so you can't text to your bank to get your balance info, or text it for sweepstake entry or receive promotional texting from companies such as Cici, subway, autozone.
