They don't have a great option for communicating with them if you have concerns about your order. I wanted to exchange my Waist Trainer for a different size, and it has been horrible.
They send you to a website that is a scam in my opinion. Doing everything through email is not easy because you don't know if or when you will receive a response back.
They really need to have better communication and a real person you can talk to when you spend this kind of money on one item. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed with this company and i will not be ordering from them again.
