Finally contacted by a person by email and of course they claim to have tried to contact me which is total phooey. They say it will be sent when complete, when it will be complete, they didn't say.

I don’t have a review yet. I recently (2 days ago) placed an order with this company for car floor mats. The order was inaccurate and I am simply trying to replace it.

Order placed has a mistake, and I want to correct it before the item is shipped out and is not compatible with my car.

I ordered custom mats for my Mercedes AMG GLE 2021 right-hand steering. They sent me mats for a Chevrolet Tahoe truck, cheap ones at that. Don't buy anything from these people; it's a scam.

Be Careful - They don't honor their 100% perfect fit guaranty. Not truly custom I ordered mats for my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland, sent them multiple photos of the rear cargo area, showing the back seats in up and down position, they sent me a rear cargo mat without the 60/40 split where the mat meets the rear seats, so when the rear seat is partial down the mat is raised up over that area creating a hazard for my dogs to trip over and an unsightly installation.

I response to my repeated emails with photos of the problem, their suggestion was "there is a very simple and easy solution to this though: you can simply use a scissor to cut the section for the 60/40 split." Thus giving me 2 unfinished edges...for a real custom look...RIGHT! BUYER BEWARE...
