Been ignored on a number of occasions. Only reply when it suits them. The left hand don’t no what the right hand is doing as one minute they will offer me a refund then the next person is saying it’s been delivered.

Been in contact with them which they only responded as and when suited them. Wasted over two weeks for them to tell me its out tor delivery.

Got in contact with evri, to find out the tracking number isnt under my name.

They then sent another one out apparently, which shows delivered but not on my door step. Ive contacted them regarding all my issues over the last three weeks to literally be ignored and theyve now blocked me on the shop app

Dont order from this company (if it is even a company)
