Don't deal with this fraud guy

My name is Frederick Jennings. I used my American Express Black card and rented a car from LLUXNOW.COM. They agreed in writing to $600 a day for 7 days when my Amex statement came in I had charges on it for a home, 2 cars and a boat costing me a total of 86,440. The owner Gary Marotta is a thief and a very bad guy. When I called him he told me if I brought my wife down to his office he would F..k my wife and then give me a $10,000 discount from the $86,000 bill. I called the police, the state prosecutor and I found out he is under investigation for other fraud and for not paying his taxes and other things the prosecutor wouldnt divulge. Beware of this business and this guy Gary Marotta from Florida and New York and New Jersey.

Beware of FRAUDSTER - LUXnow Luxury Rentals

Anthony Marotta Luxnow.com ,shady practices.

I booked my summer vacation through Luxnow, they handled the the reservation and payment for 1 week at The Ocean Club in nassau Bahamas. I pre paid the deposit of $2500 by wire as the salesman for Luxnow.com instructed and I received a reservation number. I called the hotel resort and they could not find my name anywhere. I called Luxnow.com and they kept ignoring me and putting me off, then the hurricane hit the Bahamas,and Anthony Marotta of Luxnow.com called me to tell me that the hurricane had created the loss of reservation and he was working on a refund for me. I waited and as of today no refund has been made to me. I still don't understand what a hurricane had to do with it when the hurricane came after my intended dates for the vacation. Marotta says the hotel was destroyed and it will be hard to get me the refund.
