I dont think J would gave bought it if I would have known this was going to be like this regarding customer service. Guess I am too trysting.

- - Requested return on 11/24 with Luxium form and watch photo.
- - Megan sent me to the refund form; five days ago no update on returns or shipping.
Well it took me to return the watch and free flashlight at my own expense with tracking with USPS sending all emails and communication with the company to my credit card company before any further action or response from the company. I was refunded the $81 back to my credit card .
So a good result although I did get a late email from the company after filling in their return form which said my return wasn't covered under their guarantee ???? The watch wasn't suitable so I requested the full refund and they were denying my return.
Too bad it had already been posted back by USPS with $100 insurance in case the watch went " missing" so a good result in the end. Never do business with companies you cannot call their number just rings no reply.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. The company was forced to give me a full refund after I returned the watch and free flashlight at my own expense I may add plus contacted my bank credit card to start recovery of the refund.USPS tracking confirmed package was delivered and about five days later my credit card was issued a full refund.
I would not recommend any business with this company as I sent them 15 emails to get this resolved and other than an email from Megan telling me to submit the claim form on their websote that I had done already nothing was moving forward.The pre paid return label was never sent by the company.
Buyer beware as the phone number online just rings and rings with no one answering so customer service is really non existant. Their claims department are not efficient as my many emails proved.

I requested the return on 11/24 and have received nothing about my return or the prepaid mailing that was to be sent to my email.
Megan was my initial contact from the company, and she pointed me to the refund department form, and they would review it, but that was five days ago, and since then all I have received from Luxium is a bunch of email offers to purchase more watches at discounted prices daily. So, if you want a runaround from this Vegas-based company, go ahead and order, and if you are not satisfied with your order, good luck attempting a return in a timely manner.

Got watch failed after getting wet , less than 1 month emailed company nothing but lies and runaround wont refund or replace BUYER BEWARE DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY !!!
