I sent a Louis Vuitton bag back due to it reeking of mildew. Luxcellent has avoided me since day one.

TikTok shop has not helped, and I'm owed over $318.00. They want me to pay more money just to chat about it. Even though I've sent countless screenshots proving to TikTok shop customer service that I just want my money or a bag that doesn't smell to high heaven. Below, I attached the receipt to show I sent the bag back.

I have loads more screenshots to prove these people suck, and so does TikTok shop customer support.

October was the last message from TikTok shop. I'm so mad!

Dont waste your money and buy from a bunch of crooks. A bunch of Asians, who cant even speak proper language and pass off fake stuff.

I purchased a Louis Vuitton door bag from them when I received it had it authenticated and it was fake.

I was out $700 and they wont refund me. I am in the process of filing a complaint.

I purchased a Louis Vuitton azure bag from them and I had it authenticated and it was fake. They wont refund me back. They were taken down on instagram trying to sell fake bags.

I received a beautiful BVLGARI B.Zero1 ring, and it did not come with a Bulgari box, or paperwork for Authenticity. It had been sent USPS, 2nd Day Delivery, and was in a very suspicious Generic package.

I had previously been burned by another site; Mercari.

I immediately assumed the worst!

And responded to a negative review on this site.

My Jeweler looked over everything today, and said that it IS AUTHENTIC AND SO IS THE LUCELLENT SITE! Many Apologies!

This is so far the best purchase experience I have ever had with an online consignment boutique. I requested to pay for express shipping so I can receive the package at my work address before holiday and their supervisor had their shipping team upgrade shipping free of charge for me! When the bag arrives it is in practically brand new condition and it was literally all eyes on me!!!

I placed the order for a Louis Luggage from Luxcellent on Tradesy and used forwarding service to send it to my Canada home. I got worried after placing the order and seeing the negative review on here and questioned the seller because there is no return on international orders on Tradesy.

But the customer service staff who answered my questions was very knowledgeable and helpful, and also they confirmed with me that it was a fake review because they never sold a Chanel bag yet at exactly $2000.

Yesterday I received the luggage and it’s exactly as described and totally authentic as my local LV has accepted for replacing the wheels.

I feel I owe them an apology for doubting them first since it’s not a small purchase and I would want to do the right thing to post my experience here. I will certainly shop with them again!

I received a counterfeit item from Luxcellent, yes Luxcellent sells FAKES Designer bags. I couldn’t believe this Luxcellent scam

I went to chanel to ask them to clean the item to find out if it’s real, and they said they can’t clean it.

Thinking it was a mistake I tried to contact seller directly through their website, no response.

Reached out to Tradesy, told to send to them, which I did quickly. They told me Luxcellent sells fake items on a very small scale and they thought it was an error. I asked Tradesy to send me the authentication report from a third party which they did, and they sent the item back to me. I went to Chanel again with the item now knowing it was vetted by multiple parties.

I asked if they would clean it and they denied it again.

I asked why not and they said they don’t clean goods that are fake or stolen...I told them I knew it was real, and they pretty much unofficially confirmed the item was not registered as being sold in their serial number records meaning it was stolen! Wow what an amazing scam, I’m thinking it’s Fake goods at Luxcellent being shipped to me but nope it’s Stolen goods.
