Verified Reviewer |I received an unnecessary letter from their Attorney
Because I do not feel safe, locks are not working several times within the past year several times, Unsafe reasons in this unit I have tried contacting Lux/Enclave, have received unprofessional remarks from Andy, staff. I do my part pay rent, for my safety reasons have submitted a buy out of 2000(no one would help that way I can end lease to be safe,exit I paid Enclave) plus there is my deposit 600, credit of almost 200. I have notified them since the end of March, now in April I go to app folio notified them that way they know, even it shows 2000.00 paid to Lux that I will exit unit 06/30/21, mail them their keys to avoid their unprofessional remarks when it comes to issues with safety. I including pay my monthly rent on time. I received a letter now their(Ann E Miller) Anderson, Bottrel, Sanden &{{Redacted}} Thompson Attorney all because I asked Lux/Enclave do not contact me with unprofessional remarks, non stop text, emails( from different numbers from Andy 03/15-03/16/21) I do not get it of I log in to app folio right now I am really doing great look at my history. Even when Andy received an inquiry from a company if I am a tenant, paying 815.00 he instead emails me asking when am I leaving. Now an attorneys letter from Enclave-What did I do????? It is bad enough from their staff but now from their attorney. I do not get it I login in order to exit, feel safe -i did a buyout, even submitted dates of my exit, payments. My being safe -why is is it such a concern to leave tomorrow like Andy keeps repeating. It is their locks several times, safety becomes an issue. I do not get it why did an attorney needed to be involved. I did my part, paid to exit for my safety of 2000, plus I have close to 200 in credit, plus my deposit of 600.00 my bank even shows money being paid to Lux, went into app folio submitted payment, then gave notice to vacate for 06/30/21, including paying my monthly rent of 815.00 until my last day 06/30/21, I do not get it why a letter from their attorney-they have contacted me unprofessionally but in this letter the attorney law office says they have not been able to contact me????? If I do not feel safe Andy staff member told me to give him 2445.00 the very next day, give him the keys, I could go back to where I came from, in app folio it shows I have done my part(buyout) to exit lease for my safety they told me I had to pay them which I did-why attorney their lawyers contacted me.

Safety concerns, issues about Lux Building
Very unprofessional. I have no home elsewhere. I tried to discuss, review my options because their doors may or may not lock, other safety concerns within the building options for February 2022 instead of June 2022. I was told instead by staff including more than once, several phone calls non stop including email (where am I going to go when I am paying rent, working) Andy regional manager said give him 2445.00 tomorrow, keys,, 2445.00 I tell you what he says give me tomorrow, keys 2445.00, 2445.00 he stated I could go back to LosAngeles, he could care less." (more than once)Then Andy receives an inquiry that's all just a phone call of an inquiry....it's like when you apply for something or a job. Company is waiting for Lux staff to contact them back. (I have the lease, all my payments-monthly rent) but Andy regional spoke on behalf of staff, Lux/Enclave Corporation, staff, emails, says when am I leaving, how about that 2445.00???? Locks including may not lock, that is a safety concern, safety issues that occurred. Yeahhh not staying here much longer...stuff gets stolen...it will take them from 2020-**** to fix thermo...I did freeze for months..sleep with one eye open good luck! Very unprofessional comments, remarks. I only get calls, emails unprofessional. No one here will help including advocates such as fair housing, NDAA...oh NDAA tells them I am leaving too. Andy says but I am..still here...job,work,home...I told them applications, inquiries that's all....until I have received a approved status...what's wrong with responding to companies. Diane tenant-monthly rent-yes Diane lives...What is so hard about that???
