Lux Beaute
Complaint - Lux Beaute - SCAM
I was on the talk talk website and an advert appeared saying as I was a loyal customer I could have a free gift - I only had to pay packaging and postage. The skincare products I chose arrived and I thought no more of it until I checked my bank statement to see that £99.98 had been taken without my permission.
My bank are endeavouring to reclaim this money on my behalf but told me that this amount was going to be paid EVERY MONTH had I not contacted them!
I am very distressed about this and hope the matter can be resolved quickly. I will never fall for this sort of thing again.
- Money being taken from my bank without authorisation
Same here, was offered skin care products for postage only price.
Saw an advert for skin care products for postage only gave them card details for postage which I did and as you say don't usually fall for anything like that on line but it came up on FB and it looked ok,so thought no more if it. The goods arrived four little pots of stuff.,went to my bank yesterday and found that they had taken nearly £200 ,two separate accounts one from Luxbeaute.Com and the other oneAw*Stemocell.Com.
Neither of which I've heard of...so immediately cancelled my debit card and reported to my bank.. Feel like a fool...but really angry....
Beware: A scam. Keep out.
This company is a scam. I was shopping on Walmart.com and was offered a free gift at the end of my purchase.
I stupidly accepted the offer and charged the shipping fee to my credit card. I received in the mail the anti-aging serum, which was *not* the free gift I had chosen. So, I gave it away because I was not interested in it. A couple of months later, I received another one.
I got alarmed, and checked my credit-card statements. There were two charges (one of about 150$ and another one of 99.98$) from luxbeauty.com from Turkey!
I informed my credit-card company about the fraud, and had my card canceled. This company is a big scam.
Warning Lux beaute , gentaderma.com are both scam
I was on Wells Fargo bank site, when the lux beaute.com popped up and offered me a free gift, a beauty product. I picked the product.
Then I was transferred to the next page asking for $5.95 for s&h. I gave them my Visa card info. I normally don't fall into a free gift trap. However this time since I trusted the site I was on I did.
Nowhere on the lux beaute.com site said that I would be charged 159.95 for the product after 14 days. Two weeks later I was also charged 149.95 from gentaderma.com

Had a similar experience when you contact the company they just say all information in the terms and conditions!! They give the impression that it is a one off payment of £3.95 for postage....
