They noticed my attempt and asked me what is wrong. Answer by email: they are not set up to send to Hawaii. There is NO SETUP NEEDED. ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS SHIP WITH THE POSTAL SERVICE.
Their product seems to be good, but what does it help when I can't get it? I hate companies that don't ship to Hawaii.
