The company should call me regarding my account 505818****. I have been trying to contact someone, but nothing.
I was also told the business is closed down. So what happens to my account? It's still being deducted from my pay as allotment. Where is my money going, and how do I get that back?

Back in 2023 I purchased a refrigerator and on the refrigerator order I had also added as stove and a microwave well because of the price I told them that I did not want the stove and I did not want the microwave fast-forward to 2024 I recently got a call from a company called Stark and they want to start receiving my payments well when I asked her to send me a copy of my agreement because of all the scams that is going around I did not feel comfortable with just handing over money to them, I asked her to send me a copy of my agreement and on the agreement. There is a refrigerator, a stove and a microwave.
I called Best Buy and because I do not have the order number I cannot get any help now Im frustrated because Im paying for two items that I do not have I have the refrigerator, but I dont have a stove or a microwave. Is there anyone that can help me get in contact with someone that can help me .

- - Delivery was slow and I was told I overpaid $918.90.

Bought items took forever to be delivered. Suddenly, I stopped getting statements.
So, I finally inquired and was told I overpaid $918.90. They emailed me some form and I sent it back. Crickets! That was in August of 2024, and today, January 13, 2025, I still have no money and all of their phones are disconnected.
Who do we call now? This is so wrong on many levels.

I placed an order on 2/23/2024, and a representative texted me every day until I verified that I had updated my payroll allocations to the account they provided for payment. However, they didn't show the same enthusiasm when it came to fulfilling my order or helping me with a refund.
At first, they informed me that the item I ordered would be shipped 10-12 business days after my first payment. Fast forward to almost a month later when I decided to check on the order status, I found out that there was a backlog of orders. I wasn't informed about this when they were rushing me for my payment. When I inquired about whether the delay would be communicated, the rep responded with a lie, saying 'we are sending a mass email shortly.' Two weeks later, I checked on the status only to be told that they lost a trustee and they gave me a sob story about how they were struggling to fulfill orders.
The way this company operates should be documented in a book titled 'How not to run a successful business.' I requested a refund on 4/16/2024 and was told to wait for a customer service specialist to verify my banking information for a refund. I had to once again initiate an inquiry about the status of my refund on 5/4 and was told that my refund would be fulfilled by 5/17. It wasn't until I responded that I would file a complaint if they didn't follow up with getting my refund by 5/17 that I received a message from someone named EM to give them a call to verify my bank information. I called the number to verify and was told that my deposit would be processed and I would see it in my bank on Wed 5/15.
I still never received my refund and they stopped answering my update requests. I'm filing multiple complaints this morning and reviews to let it be known to never order from this company.

If I could write a -1 I would do it. The company seems to be a total scam. I purchased a laptop on February 5, 2024 with payments being deducted from my paycheck.
- - They deduct money but ship nothing.
- - They lie about shipping and promise next week for 14 weeks.
- - I stopped payments and would not recommend them.
They have no problem deducting the money from your paycheck, but you will not get your products. They will lie to you and tell you it will ship next week.
They have told me this story for 14 weeks, now and still no laptop. I have stopped the money from being sent to them.
I would never, never recommend anyone purchase anything from this company. I believe they re scammers.
