I previously used Lusha and purchased an annual subscription using my personal email address. You recently billed my credit card (Oct 17) for $368.88 for another year.

However, I cannot log in as you won't accept a personal email address to log in and cancel. I have disputed this charge with my credit card company and am asking you to cancel my membership, refund the charges, and move forward. Please let me know you have received this and are taking the corrective action.
