Terrible, because there was no person, no live anything. it actually wasn't even an automated response.
It was just a message saying, email. So All you could do is email and I still haven't received an answer. no help. i didn't order a recurring product, but that's what they did to me.
And I'm trying to change that, because I can't afford recurring product and nor do I need it monthly. It's expensive and the product lasts longer than a month. so I wouldn't recommend it because I didn't ask for recurring product, but that's what they did to me.
And they haven't even responded to my request, because I couldn't even change edit or cancel my order once I realized that's what they did. so there is no such thing as customer service with their brand.
I did not click subscribe and save which means that it's going to auto bill me every month. i don't need this product every month. This product lasts months. you cannot get these people on the phone.
the best I can do is to see if I can get my bank to stop payment but it is a holiday weekend. calling customer service only tells you that the only way you can reach out to them is through email. I wanted the product. I don't need it every month.
if I can't get this resolved, I would never buy from them again.
So I will right now rate them as a one, because you can't even reach anybody. I have never had that happen right before

Didn't receive my package, can't speak to a person, and when I do the online chat, it tries to charge me. I just want my 130 dollars in products I bought.
Make sure you receive your package, and if not, good luck talking with someone.
I'm at the point I just want a refund. This was our first time trying the product, and I feel like I got scammed out of 130 dollars.

Too much product
I have reached out 2 times already! I ordered an extra volumizing curls! The one I dont require is unopened.

I purchased their hair kit which included shampoo, conditioner, hair, cream, hair gel, and a deep moisturizer and a hair perfume. All their products are horrible.
They leave my hair with no curls dry or either extremely oily and way down.
They have also caused me pimples around my ears on my face and I want to return the products and theyre telling me that I cannot return them because its over 30 days and, they cant give me a refund. They only gave me a store credit and I want refund because their products suck and theres nothing else on their website that I would want to buy so theyre basically forcing me to have to buy their products or dont buy anything, but theyre keeping my money and I think thats really disingenuous for them to say that theyre 100% satisfaction guaranteed when they dont honor that and their products are really ***

The prompt response
They got back to me promptly with some solutions. I was having trouble accessing any of the LUS sites without suspicious warning.
They sent another link with the same result.
In the end it was my computer blocking NOT a LUS issue. My products are on the way, issue solved!

Need to remove credit card on file
I need you to remove the credit card on file. It is my mother-in-law's credit card, and she only wanted to buy me this as an early birthday gift.
And doesn't want to be renewed every 30 days.
Otherwise, I will have to cancel the order. Not happy that I cannot not speak with a representative.

Lost order
My address was not submitted correctly it was on the billing was different from the sending I got an email yesterday stating that my package was delivered last Sunday which makes no sense have no idea where the order went and Im tired of talking via email via text I am pissed Im unwilling to use your products no matter how good they are because of this
