I bought 3 for Christmas- we just had last week and 1 didn’t workout- I want to exchange for another size and system won’t allow it- I tried to call and got thrown into tech spiral with no human help

Customer service doesnt exist when you cant comunicate- I just want to exchange and you still carry it- another size and style please
