I have been trying to reach a resolution on a lost package for two weeks now. The male carrier informed me to contact the seller in regards to the lost package.
I have sent multiple emails and received no follow up by phone contact.
Please contact me so I can either get a refund or re-delivery. Thank you.

I bought 3 for Christmas- we just had last week and 1 didn’t workout- I want to exchange for another size and system won’t allow it- I tried to call and got thrown into tech spiral with no human help
