My websites and emails have been down for a month now. I have sent emails to customer support many times and still don't have a resolution or even an answer. Only generic copy&paste answers that solve nothing or show that someone even took a look at my problem. I gave up and tried to move my domains to another host, but they have hijacked all my property (domains and websites), and cannot even move them. They just don't care about their customers. I will fill complains to the BBB and FTC and every other option I can find. Stay away from this company! They will just charge you and never hear back from them if anything goes wrong.
