I was charged 2x for a onetime purchase that was supposed to be for $5.95
- Telus offered a $179.95 gift with $5.95 shipping.
- Charged $189.98 and $179.95 on May 25 and June 3; shipment dated June 6; invoice 139****.
I received from Telus ( telecommunications company), after I responded to a survey, an offer of a gift worth $179.95 and all I needed to pay was shipping and handling of $5.95. I would not normally respond to such offers but since it appeared to come from a reputable telecommunication company, I decided to follow up on this offer.
I gave my credit card number for the $5.95 and now find I have been charged $189.98 and $179.95 on both May 25 and June 3 - so I am now out almost $400.00 for a very small test sample of the cream offered.
The Sample was not shipped until June 6, and both charges were made prior to that time. The invoice number for this was 139**** and the sky was S1 Hydro and Ee insert.

THIS IS A SCAM - NOBODY IN MY HOUSEHOLD ORDERED OR RECEIVED PRODUCTS
- I did not order or receive any product from this company.
- Please stop monthly charges, credit my card, and remove my name from your files.
This company says that I ordered and received product and I never ordered or received product from them. As well, know one in my household, there are only 2 people who live at 79 Cardigan Lane, Moncton, NB , my husband and myself.
I do not even know what this company is nor do I want any product from them. They claim that and order was delivered to me which is completely false, maybe they sent an order to someone in Moncton but not to me. No one in our household received or pick up a parcel from this company or any of its affiliated companies. I do not know how they get my credit card number and they continue to charge every month.
Please remove my name and address from your files and stop immediately charging my charge account and issue a credit for the charges you previously placed on my card.
This requires your immediate attention to this matter as I will take legal action if it is not corrected immediately. Sincerely yours, Claudette Trewin

- I cannot reach a live agent; phone only plays music.
- They were billed as a monthly subscription at $5.99; seeking cancellation and a $189.98 refund.
I have tried to get ahold of someone to cancel everything. When i phone the number, all I get is music.
I do not want music. I want to speak to a live person. I am phoning from Sask. so it cost me more money to listen to music.
When i signed up I thought I was just getting a sample for $5.99 not a monthly subscription. As Far as I am concerned that is fraud. I do not want your product. I want to cancel it.
I have already sent it back last Monday(Nov.21/16) & I want the money put back on my credit card. The amount is $189.98. I wait to here from you.

Lumoluxe Free Trial Review
Total scam, they say we only have to pay for shipping and then there us this whole bs about trial period. I would be ashamed to work for a place that does business this way.
One big Scam
- Bell survey promised a $179.95 gift with $5.95 shipping.
- Total charges reached $326.28; linked to cremeretinol.com, rejuluxe.com, lumoluxe.com.
I received from Bell (telecommunication company) about a survey which I responded to and in turn I was to receive a gift worth $179.95 and all I would pay is the $5.95 shipping and handling charge, I would have 30 days to try it if I wasn't satisfied I could send it back within the time period. I authorized them to charged the $5.95 and within 13 days of this purchase I was charged $179.95 I have tried endlessly to contact these people and nothing, then upon checking my Visa on Oct.
2, 2016 there had been another charge to my credit card for $146.43 which now brings it to a grand total of $326.28 I have since contacted my credit card company and they are investigating this, I also contacted the BBB (BETTER BUSNIESS BUREAU) they to are investigating and I also contacted the police. Hopfully I will get some results. People don't fall to this its a scam once they get your credit card number there is no end to the charges. I have track down 3 names of which they go by (CREMERETINOL.COM, REJULUXE.COM, LUMOLUXE.COM) these companies are one in the same and they all have the same phone number (+164*-933-****) I also have tracked down the address 41 PARR BLVD.
BOLTON, ONTARIO CANADA. When I send this item back to them this was the address for Canadians and it was in C/O PRECISION TOTAL FULFULLMENT which is at the same address 41 PARR BLVD.

Lumoluxe company *** me off. Really bad. I have been scammed.
- Charged postage for free products; billed $179.95 and $189.98.
- Cancelled after my call, but no refund.
- Many online complaints about the company.
My experience: Gave credit card number to lumoluxe to pay for the postage for free products. 10 days later they charge me $179.95 and $189.98 for these products.
I phoned and they cancelled but would not give me my money back. I searched internet , lots of complaints re company. Company said send back products in original package , but I threw the packages out. THEY WERE FREE.
Now Lumoluxe says not to go through bank, because Lumoluxe wins 99% of the time. They will send me$100. instead. All I have are the numbers with the bill they sent by computer.
Sorry, I have no way to send a picture or receipts. No receipts sent with product for postage.but I can send you the letters if you let me.
I am really taken back by their dishonesty.

- Rogers survey promised $150 of product for free, freight only.
- Unauthorized $370.93 Visa charge on Oct 9; return with tracking may yield full refund.
I filled out a survey from Rogers and was advised that I would receive $150.00 worth of product for free...all I had to pay was for freight.
On Oct. 9th, they deducted $370.93 from my Visa without authorization..
Reasoning...there was fine print...which I looked for and did not see...Apparently, if I return the product today and submit a tracking number I will get a full refund. Well, I am contacting Visa and the Police to report this scam.
I am one pissed off customer
Scam Advertising offering lumoluxe.com & cellagenta
- Lumoluxe $6.29 shipping sample; charged $179.95 ten days later.
- Cellagenta free $5.95 shipping sample led to $201.15 charge; refund $40 CAD.
lumoluxe.com and cellagenta.coms offer of a free sample is a scam to obtain your credit card info I was offered a lumoluxe sample product for $6.29 shipping. ten days later my credit card was charged a further $179.95 A free sample of cellagenta offered for $5.95 shipping resulted in a further $201.15 charged to my credit card.
When I called in an effort to reverse the charges I was told that their terms of agreement which I had checked clearly stated that I would be charged the full price monthly for my free sample unless I informed them within 10 days of my intention to discontinue.
Since my statement didn't arrive until 15 days had elapsed I was charged the full price. They ended up offering me a paltry $40 CAD refund
