Issues with Tevera

Hi! I am having an issue extending my site placement which has made it impossible to Track my hours.

My account was purchased through the University of Minnesota. My user name is the same as my Gmail address. I need the site placement extended until May 26th of 2026. If Lumivero could change that, that would be awesome.

The step by step did not work on my end. There is no Extend Site Placement tab option when I click on my current supervisors name.

The absolute worst website I have ever had to deal with. NO ACCESS TO SUPPORT

I am logged into NVIVO. It continues to ask me to launch NVIVO.

When I do, it keeps asking me to download and puts yet another exe file into my computer. When I try to access help through Lumivero, it asks for my login info, rejects it, and after 5 tries, does not send a password reset to my email.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced!

I had a meeting with a Lumivero customer service rep, but their system was down at the time. I have another meeting scheduled. They are trying to resolve my issue, and I appreciate that.

I work in a qualitative research group for a large government organization in Canada, and we bought a copy of NVivo 14 thinking it matched our needs. However, we needed to test the software offline to make sure it met our software security standards.

We had issues downloading the files and obtaining the activation codes, so we first contacted Lumivero support in January 2024, soon after we purchased the software. It is now near the end of June 2024, and after about two dozen emails to Lumivero support, we still cannot access the software for the testing process. I am getting support emails from Australia in the opposite time zone, so timely communication is an issue, but at least they are answering my emails, unlike the US office, which does not answer their customer support phone number and only recently started to answer emails. The US support people keep referring me to Lumivero forums, even though a couple of MS Teams calls to work out the issues online would likely have saved months of ineffective back-and-forth correspondence.

By any standards, the lack of customer care is monumental. I would not recommend purchasing NVivo until they work out their customer service issues.

Preferred solution: An online meeting with a NVivo expert in the US Support group to resolve the connection and activation issues in a timely manner.

User's recommendation: It may be a good product (not that I know yet), but the customer service is sub-standard. I would not recommend purchasing this product.

No Customer Service response after a week

Several emails have been sent, and voicemail messages left. There is no response from customer service. We need new serial numbers for our NVivo licensing.

Incredibly hard to get help

We are stuck in our research project snd nobody from Lumivero has contacted us despite multiple attempts to request phone assistance. Horrible customer service.

Very expensive program but no assistance. Do not buy!!

- A link to download your software
