Missing pieces
He gave me instructions to email it what I needed so I didn't have to return the whole lamp for just a little piece I need replaced. I sent the email and he said it may take a few days but they'll get back to me. He was very kind and helpful.
Gift lamp did not come with power cord
My daughter received a lamp from her grandmother for Christmas. When she opened the box, the lamp did not have the power cord.
I corresponded with LumiSource customer service asking them to ship the cord. The stalled me, saying I needed to provide a customer receipt. When I complained, indicating it was a gift they responded that the lamp was not sold anymore and they couldn't provide the cord. No offer of refund.
They company sells a number of similar lamp, one of which I'm sure has the same power cord. I can probably find the power cord at Radio Shack.
