Missing Confirmation Email - No Customer Service
- - Ordered Lumion Pro but no download-confirmation email.
- - Website said the email would arrive within a few minutes; none was received.
I ordered Lumion Pro from the website and have not received any confirmation email to began downloading the software. The website stated that the email had been sent and that i should receive it "within a few minutes".
I've emailed customer support but have not received a response. Also there is no phone number to contact Lumion.
Preferred solution: I would like for Lumion to resolve the situation.
