No refund
They refuse to answer any of my emails. No refund.
I've been left with a product I can't use. The new way companies handle returns and refunds is to just ignore the buyer.
I sent video as they asked to complete return and refund. They completely ignored me and have no attempts to resolve my issues. Stay away from purchasing from this company.
