Sent maintenance man to minimize damage while vendor is on the way.

On Friday January 2nd,2026 my bathroom ceiling began to drip water above the toilet above the sink at 6:07. I called and made an emergency maintenance request with no reply.

I called numerous times throughout the night, leaving text messages and phone calls with no reply or acknowledgment at 11:35 AM. I finally had to go to staff, even though Im in a wheelchair and cant get in to their office because its not wheelchair friendly. All they said was they finally called somebody but we refused to give me an ETA.

I asked for corporate number. They refused to give me the number told me to look it up.

Preferred solution: I would like to see a my bathroom fixed B the apartments need to not only clean them, but sanitize my bathroom as they’re the reason for the delay in the additional damage
